Medical
We offer Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS) medical plans; two PPO plans and an Indemnity plan. We also offer HMOs in Madison and Waukesha, WI.

Dental
Features in- and out-of-network plans by Delta Dental with 100% coverage of preventive care (e.g., routine exams and X-rays).

Vision
Our vision plan features in- and out-of-network plans by Vision Services Plan (VSP). In addition to yearly vision exams and subsidized contacts and glasses, our plan also provides a discount for laser vision correction.

Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment
We provide basic Life insurance coverage and Accidental Death and Dismemberment plans equal to one times annual salary with a minimum of $30,000 provided to full-time associates. Additional coverage can be purchased up to six times salary.

Short- and Long-Term Disability
In addition to sick days, U.S. Cellular full-time associates are eligible for Short-term and Long-term Disability coverage at no cost.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
This plan allows associates to set aside pre-tax dollars for Health Care expenses and/or Dependent Care of their legal dependents. Our plan also offers a Health Care Spending Account Debit Card.

Tax-Deferred Savings Plans
Standard 401(k) and Roth IRA plans with 100% matching up to 3%, and 40% matching for additional 2% contribution.

Pension Plan
Provides 3% of compensation for most associates and 6% for those who earn more than the maximum as defined by the Social Security Administration.

Business-Casual Dress
When you're comfortable, confident and relaxed, so are our customers.

Paid Time Off
Full-time associates are eligible to receive excellent time off benefits, including five personal days, 10 vacation days during the first three years of service (15 vacation days after three years), six holidays and up to six sick days per year.

Associate Scholar Program
We recognize that the knowledge and skills of our associates are valuable assets, and must be current and improved upon regularly. That's why we provide support for coursework at accredited colleges and educational institutions, which leads to a work-, company- or industry-related degree. Eligible full-time associates are reimbursed at 100% of covered costs; eligible part-time associates are reimbursed for covered costs at 60%.

Associate PC Purchase Program
Employees receive a discount when purchasing a PC and related equipment through U.S. Cellular's associate PC Purchase Program with the added benefit of no-cost financing through payroll deductions.

Associate Adoption Assistance
U.S. Cellular provides financial assistance by reimbursing eligible associates for up to $5,000 for qualified adoption-related expenses.
