Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Criminal/Traffic Attorney located in Rockford, IL with most work from home acceptable.

The Criminal/Traffic Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in criminal and traffic cases, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements. The attorney will handle case preparations, court appearances, and client consultations, ensuring all legal matters are addressed professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Criminal and Traffic Law
Skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting Legal Research
Strong Negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar of Illinois
