KOG Law, LLC, a growing defense oriented firm located in Edwardsville, Illinois, is seeking  an associate attorney with 1-5+ years of experience preferred.  KOG handles matters in both Illinois and Missouri state and federal courts.  Attorneys at KOG handle a variety of cases, including but not limited to personal injury, workers’ compensation, toxic tort, insurance disputes, mass transit, and products liability.  The firm seeks a self-motivated attorney who thrives on new challenges and is eager to achieve.  All attorneys are assigned a caseload to work up in collaboration with a managing partner, including drafting pleadings, discovery, court appearances, conducting depositions, legal research and writing, attending mediations and trial practice.   

 Any applicant must be licensed in both Illinois and Missouri, or eligible to be.  KOG offers a competitive compensation package featuring health benefits, including dental and vision insurance, a 401k program, and paid time off.  Salary is commensurate with experience and performance, and includes bonus opportunities.
