Description

Established growing, caring and dynamic estate planning and estate administration law firm in South Western Suburb seeks a full-time associate with at least 3-5 years’ experience in estate planning and estate administration. Asset Protection, tax and/or special needs backgrounds considered a plus.  Duties will include drafting of estate planning documents, estate administration documents, meeting with clients,  correspondence, court appearances, managing client matters and maintaining extensive client, attorney and court contacts. Candidate must be an experienced professional team player for this small and growing law firm.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Active license to practice law in Illinois
Three to five (3-5) years estate planning and estate administration experience
Strong organization, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently within deadlines
Attain or exceed firm revenue and other performance expectations. 

High attention to detail and the ability to take direction
Experience in drafting estate planning and estate administration documents
