Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd., seeks an experienced attorney of 5 – 10 years to join its litigation team. The firm’s practice includes complex business, commercial, real estate, tort, and probate litigation in State and Federal Courts in Illinois and other States.  Qualified candidates will have excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.  This role involves case assessment, drafting of pleadings, written and oral discovery management, motion practice, and client communication, with the goal of training the candidate to become an excellent trial attorney.
