Job Description: Litigation Associate
Location: We offer office flexibility with availability in our Flossmoor, Oak Brook or Downers Grove offices and can provide hybrid work from home flexibility
Experience: 1-5 years

Responsibilities:
- Trial preparation assistance, including strategy discussion, discovery, records reviews, client interviews and witness preparation
- Research, both legal and factual investigation
- Draft pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions
- Answer written discovery requests
- Analyze and summarize legal documents
- Attendance and/or assistance at depositions, hearings and other court matters
- Case analysis and strategy
Skills and Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
- Ability to handle multiple projects and understand the importance of deadlines
- Takes initiative on projects
- Pays attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office
