WilliamsMcCarthyLLP  is an AV® rated full-service law firm located on the banks of the Rock River in downtown Rockford, Illinois, within walking distance of both the Circuit Court and the U.S. District Court.  The firm serves individuals, businesses and public and private entities throughout the Midwest region.  The firm is looking for both litigation attorneys and transactional attorneys, with preference given to those with at least 4 years of experience in general litigation or at least 3 years of experience in corporate, real estate, or trust and estate transactions. The successful applicant will be committed to growing the firm, have a strong academic background, and excellent practical experience.  Starting compensation is competitive, benefits are excellent, and there is an opportunity for production-based bonuses.  The firm considers applicants for both ‘partnership track’ and ‘of counsel’ positions.
