Well established, mid-sized law firm located in the Western Suburbs seeks a commercial litigation associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, superior writing proficiency, and excellent communication skills. We are specifically looking for an attorney who fits well in our collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
• JD from accredited law school.
• Ability to conduct research for, analyze, and write civil litigation pleadings, briefs and discovery documents. 
• Experience in handling evidentiary hearings and trials.
• Ability to independently manage litigation files.
• Exceptional advocacy skills. 
• Strong work ethic.
